Terra Mädi is a new line of wines from Freixnet- known for their Spanish Cava production - now expanding into some of Mexico's ideal winegrowing territories including Quéteraro in central Mexico. Terra Mädi means Beloved Earth - Terra being the Catalan word for "earth" and Mädi the Otomí word for "loved" - an homage to the indiginuos peoples of Central Mexico.
