In 1985, Jay & Virgina Baker began raising their three children Lisa, Ashli, and Drew on their Maryland farm, and it wasnt until 2008 that, together, the family was inspired to plant and cultivate a vineyard. Though not as easy as it sounds, and over many years - Lisa, Ashli, and Drew have grown Old Westminster Winery to a top Maryland wine estate, crafting some of the most unique and delicious wines in the state (and arguably the country). Happy Camper is a new cider offering from the team whose ethos is simple: "start with amazing apples, and don't screw it up." They source heirloom apples from nearby farms - Carolyn's Orchard and Peter's Orchard, relying on native yeasts for fermentation and absolutely no additives, resulting in a local cider that reflects this little pocket of Maryland.
