The Cabrols are a winegrowing family whose domaine has been passed on to its 4th generation. Their 7 hectares of vines are located in the small village of Castelnau de Guers within the Picpoul de Pinet AOC which enjoys a Mediterranean climate - warm, sunny days, gentle, salty ocean breezes, and cool nights. The AOC is named for the Picpoul grape which is characterized by it's high mouth-watering acidity
