The Minervois region is located in the southern cost of Languedoc-Rousillon, and much like the neighboring Rhone Valley the blends typically consist of Grenache and Syrah, but every pocket in the Languedoc has its own distinct characteristics to make their paricular expression of these grapes unique - including many old vines - and Minervois is no exception.
