Brothers José and Maximiliano's lineage of winemaking dates back to the late 1800s and they share a passion for their land and those who came before them. The name Huarpe is in honor of the tribe of native people of Agrelo who first inhabited this part of Mendoza, and where José and Maxi's vines now grow. The tiny pocket of Agrelo sits within the Lujan de Cuyo department of Mendoza, and even more specifically from the "Lancatay" or foothills of the Andes. This is a pure and classic expression Malbec.
